• We start with a detailed conversation with you about your pet. 
• Are there any medical concerns? 
• Are there any skin or allergy conditions? 
• Are there any issues with regard to your pet's behavior we need to be aware of such as being uncomfortable with paws touched?
• A "pet portfolio" is provided so you can "visually" show our expert groomers exactly how you would like your pet groomed. 

          These + many other questions allow our groomers to prepare a personal profile
                 of your pet to assure individualized attention to their specific needs.

• Our groomers care for your pet from start to finish in order learn every aspect of your pet from personality to any changes in skin condition, etc. from appointment to appointment.  We provide a Vet Referral Card with regard to issues that may require veterinarian care. 
• Unlike most grooming businesses, we schedule appointments with a maximum of six appointments per day.  For larger dogs, we allow for two of the six daily appointments.  We know how busy your life can be so we reconfirm all appointments the day prior as a reminder to our pet parents.
• Grooming products are chosen with care.  Only the most natural + organic shampoos, conditioners + ear cleaners are selected for your pet.
• Bottled water, aromatherapy candles + music specifically created to relax your pet are all part of our daily grooming process.
• Our groomers adhere to a stringent daily cleaning process to assure an exceptionally clean + safe environment for your pet.
• Our goal is for you to feel confident knowing your precious pet is in capable, caring hands + for your pet to look forward to our returing to our calm, relaxing haven designed especially for them.
