Shipments are sent via united parcel service (UPS). Delivery for in-stock items is usually received between 5-10 days from shipping date. Shipping charges are based on the total order amount. Custom orders and direct deliveries from our suppliers may take longer. Shipping charges indicated are for standard ground only. Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized and/or overweight merchandise. Once we receive your order we will contact you should additional shipping charges apply. Florida residents will be charged 7% applicable sales tax. Shipments sent directly from Pawprint Essentials are sent "delivery signature service". If you prefer your order be sent without a required signature, please make a note in the "special instructions".
