Customer satisfaction is paramount at Pawprint Essentials. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return merchandise unused in original condition along with packing receipt or e-mail receipt along with the reason for the return and the appropriate information for exchange or indicate that you prefer a store credit. Returned merchandise must be received within 20 days of receipt for merchandise or store credit. Merchandise returned after 20 days of receipt will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. All returns are to be sent directly to our warehouse address as follow:

Please take accurate measurements as detailed in our
sizing section. We will accept one complimentary exchange per item. Any additional exchanges will incur a restocking charge of $10 per item.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for toys, sale, seasonal, custom, personalized or perishable merchandise.
exchange + store credit
We provide exchange and store credit only. We do not issue refunds and cannot accept returns COD. We do not cover shipping charges for retuned items unless the merchandise was received defective or damaged.
Should you exchange an item that qualified for free shipping, you will be required to pay for the shipping of the returned item to Pawprint Essentials, however, there will be no charge for shipping of the exchanged item to you unless the merchandise was received defective or damaged.
We recommend that the returned merchandise be sent via Federal Express, UPS or by any other delivery service providing tracking of packages. Pawprint Essentials is not responsible for merchandise sent, but not received.
