place an order
All merchandise is categorized by "activity". Merchandise in each category compliments the other merchandise in that particular category. For example, when you select "beach day" any product relative to a day at the beach with your pet is included in this category. Sunglasses, sun screen, portable water bowls, Frisbees, etc. Simply make your selections from each "activity" category depending on your pet's needs.

canceling an order
Once you have completed the checkout process an order cannot be cancelled through on line ordering. To cancel an order, e-mail us immediately at customerservice@pawprintessentials.com. Orders are received directly by our warehouse or immediately forwarded to our designers. Cancellations can only be made prior to receipt of you order to our warehouse or designers. Please thoroughly review order prior to submitting for processing.

status of order
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your ordered has been placed and received. The confirmation e-mail will include a confirmation number.

Once the order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail which will include the tracking information. Once you receive the confirmation e-mail you can track your order by logging onto www.ups.com by entering the tracking number.

payment options
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We also accept orders paid by personal check or money order. When ordering by mail, include all pertinent merchandise information as it applies to products being purchased as indicated below. Please note that orders paid by personal check will be processed and shipped once the check has cleared.
